The city of Kedrovy in the Tomsk region is the smallest city in Russia

Population 3.0 thousand people. (2005).

The city is located in the valley of the Chuzik River (the Ob River basin), near the village of Pudino, 480 km west of Tomsk.

The municipal formation "City of Kedrovy" (enclave), in addition to the city of Kedrovy itself, includes settlements (in the 1959-2000s they were part of the Parabelsky district):

• the village of Pudino (former regional center);
• Kalininsk village;
• Lushnikovo village;
• Ostanino village;
• village of Rogalevo;
• SNT "Urochishche Yarovoye"
• tract (former, now abolished settlement) “Tavanga village”.

The total area of ​​the municipal formation "Kedrovy City" is 1697 km², population 4907 people (2009).

Cedar

is one of the smallest cities in terms of population in Russia. Founded in 1982 as an oil workers' settlement, it received city status in 1987. The city mainly consists of typical five-story houses located among pine forests.

In 2012, a master plan for Kedrovoy was prepared, according to which by 2031 the city’s population will reach 6 thousand people[1].

The letters were from the old count, from the countess, from Petya, from Vera, from Natasha, from Sonya and, finally, 6,000 money for uniforms and various things that the count sent to his son.

Economy

Airport, flights to Tomsk, Strezhevoy, Kolpashevo and rotational camps of oil workers in the 2000s. were carried out on An-24 aircraft, Mi-2 and Mi-8 helicopters[2].

Center of the Pudinsky non-gas producing region, NGDU "Luginetskneft". The city's development prospects are associated with the development of oil and gas fields, licenses for which belong to RussNeft OJSC. The Iyulsko-Talovoe-Gerasimovskoye oil pipeline is operational (169 km).

In August 2007, an incident occurred when two minibuses carrying 22 people got stuck on a winter road, and this became known only two days later. Since the passengers could have run out of food and water supplies by that time, and there is no mobile communication in the area, by order of the deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, a tractor with food and water was sent from the Kedrovoye fire department, and a tractor came out from Bakchar to provide assistance. No one was injured as a result of the incident, but the Ministry of Emergency Situations asked the authorities to control the exit and arrival of intercity buses. [3]
