The Zapadka bar participated in the project of the Friday TV channel - the show “On Knives” with Konstantin Ivlev. The owner and the chef had a disagreement over the name of the bar; the bar was supposed to be called “Sauson”, but the owner was able to reclaim his previous name. At the moment, the entire concept of Ivlev has been changed, but the Gas Station still operates as a sports bar and welcomes local residents and tourists.

The ambiance is very homely and the food is served beautifully presented. The menu is small, which corresponds to the format of the establishment: beer snacks, grilled dishes and pizza. The prices are not high, but the food is very tasty, and the hookah with a variety of delicious ones is also praised.

Where to go in the evening: beach holiday in Adler

Another not too obvious, but no less attractive evening pastime in Adler is a walk along the beach. The resort offers dozens of different sections of the coast, landscaped and wild, elite clubs by the sea and free, affordable beaches.

An excellent choice is the Mandarin Beach Club . The rock and roll bar "Triangle" in Sochi is located in the center of the Adler microdistrict, not far from the sea (5 blocks) and from the Mzymta River (2 blocks). Not far from the bar there is a monument to Lenin, the City Plaza shopping center, and the famous central Adler market.

Attractions

There are a lot of remarkable objects in Adler. The following places are of greatest interest to tourists:

Olympic Park (Imereti Lowland) - one of the most important objects of the 2014 Olympic Games. This is the center of the main sports facilities, among which the Fisht stadium, designed for almost 48 thousand spectators, is especially grandiose.
Olympic Nizhneimeretinskaya embankment. It stretches along the Olympic Park for 7 km, includes a lot of recreation areas with long benches, and lights are turned on here in the evening. You can walk or drive a special car. There is a separate rubberized path for cyclists.
Singing fountains (Olympic Park). Officially, the object is called the Olympic Flame Bowl. The bowl, topped with a torch, reaches 50 m in height. The pond with singing fountains is formed by the wings of the Firebird with a 100-meter span. The bowl is 100 m in diameter, and the jets are released from 264 cannons to a height of up to 70 m. The fountain is best viewed in the evening, when the lights are on.
Sochi Circuit – a race track where automobile competitions and the Formula 1 “Russian Grand Prix” stage are held. The main object is the track surrounded by stands, but the complex also includes a motorcycle school, a museum, and a racing taxi. You can book a tour or attend a master class.
Adler lighthouse – one of the oldest on the Black Sea and the southernmost point of the country. It was founded at the end of the 19th century, but still operates today.

Temple of the Holy Image of Christ the Savior. This neo-Byzantine style Orthodox church is also called the Olympic or Spasskaya Church. Its construction was completed in 2014. This is a 43-meter structure, the interior of which was painted by 25 artists; the work took 4 months. The bell is remarkable – its weight is 2 tons.
Holy Trinity Church (Church of the Holy Trinity). Built at the end of the 20th century. It is a three-domed building with a belfry. There is a beautiful cozy garden with a rotunda and benches around. The classic style is maintained throughout. Notable are the carved iconostasis in the center of the temple and the restored miraculous icon “Joy of All Who Sorrow.”
Adler market - a special attraction of the resort. Tourists are attracted here by the variety of honey and nuts, spices, oriental sweets and the obligatory churchkhela.
