The territory became part of Russia in 1838 after the signing of the Treaty of Adrianople. In 1864, the village of Velyaminovskaya was built near Tuapse, which soon became a settlement and joined the resort. Snake Gorge
If you don’t want to spend your entire vacation lying on a well-maintained beach, but, on the contrary, like an informal holiday, then go to Snake Gorge. Here, every year, starting in May, a spontaneous tent camp appears, where informals and creative individuals who love this type of recreation gather. There is also a nudist beach nearby, but this is for very big exotic lovers, so it is not recommended to go there with children.
It is recommended for all visitors to Tuapse to explore the Snake Gorge. It is located on picturesque green hills, and in itself is incredibly beautiful. The sea here is very clean, so it is pleasant to swim in it.
