Weather and climatic conditions in Anapa and Anapa region

Bald Mountain in Anapa is the largest hill on the territory of the resort city, which has gained popularity among tourists and local residents as an observation deck with unforgettable views from its top, as well as an unusual landscape on its surface. You can notice the mountain from most areas of the city - its height reaches 312 meters above sea level, while the rest of the Anapa mountains are more like hills.

But the main distinguishing feature of Bald Mountain is the large white balls located almost at the very top of the hill, adding a futuristic look to the landscape. It is from here, according to local residents, that the Great Caucasus Mountains originate, as evidenced by the stele in the form of an eagle, installed here in 2013. The landmark is located between the villages of Su-Psekh and Varvarovka, 9 km from the center of Anapa. Bald Mountain is one of the favorite places of Anapa hang gliders.

Beaches

Anapa boasts some of the best beaches in the Krasnodar region. The most popular among vacationers is the Central City Beach, whose length reaches more than 100 meters. The tourist infrastructure is well developed here, the beaches are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are a large number of cafes, bars and restaurants along the coastline.

A special feature of Anapa beaches is the purest quartz sand, which has healing properties. The descent into the water is smooth, the depth increases gradually, which is a big advantage for vacationers with children. During the peak tourist season, you can see a fairly large crowd of vacationers on the beach, so in order to take a place closer to the water, you should go to the sea early.

In the middle of the beach there is a pier, from where in summer you can take a refreshing boat trip on a yacht with swimming in the open sea. Very often, during such a promenade, tourists see dolphins in the sea, accompanying them on an exciting sea voyage.
