Ticket price
The cost depends on the category of the carriage, as well as on the location of the shelf (upper or lower in a compartment, but in a reserved seat there is no difference), the availability of additional services (meals, amenity kit). For travel in a reserved seat car you need to pay 3,630 rubles , in a compartment car - from 3,480 to 6,150 rubles .
It should be noted that compartment cars are part of the dynamic pricing system (like SV, luxury ones). It implies that ticket prices change upward depending on the demand for a given train, as well as as the departure date approaches. Thus, the earlier you buy a ticket, the cheaper it will cost you.
Prices for reserved seating are fixed.

How to get to Yevpatoria from Moscow: 5 ways
How to Get to Yevpatoria Crimea by Train Another undoubted advantage of this place is the relatively low cost of vacation.
So, here you can stay in a good hotel with a swimming pool and a restaurant near the sea for about the same price as in the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory (Anapa, Gelendzhik, Tuapse), while the southern coast of Crimea from Foros to Sudak cannot boast such democratic prices. True, the nature in Yevpatoria is sharply different from Yalta: there are no mountains, forests or nature reserves - all around is the steppe and the sea. If you're afraid of flying, you might consider taking the train. But there are many problems here. Until 2021, there was a direct train “Moscow - Yevpatoria”, which went for several days, bypassing Ukraine, crossing the Kerch Strait by ferry. According to tourists' reviews, it was, to put it mildly, terrible and uncomfortable, so the route was closed until the Crimean Bridge was built.
Today, since there is no Moscow-Evpatoria train (although there is a station in Evpatoria), you can take a train to Anapa, and from there take a bus to Evpatoria itself. Travel time by train is 1 day and 15 hours. The Anapa - Evpatoria bus, excluding the ferry, will take about 7 more hours. Keep in mind that the crossing can take from an hour, if all is well, to several days if there is a storm at sea. The entire trip will cost 10-15 thousand rubles per person in both directions.
For two – the same 20-30 thousand as on the plane. There are also a lot of places in Yevpatoria where you can go with children. Many people think that the main attractions of Crimea are located near Yalta, but this is not so. There is a wonderful miniature park here, which contains models of all the famous places of the peninsula. The route “Little Jerusalem” is popular - it is a walking tour through the medieval part of the city with visits to religious places: Karaite kenas, tekki of dervishes, Muslim mosques and Orthodox churches.
The Moscow-Evpatoria bus is perhaps one of the cheapest ways to get to the resort. A trip for two in both directions will cost from 10 to 15 thousand rubles, travel time – from 30 hours. The bus goes around Ukraine, so here everything again depends on the crossing.
If there is a storm in Kerch, the ferry simply will not be able to go to sea, so you will have to wait. However, it should be noted that the bus gives an advantage: in case of a queue, it gets on board the ferry first. By the way, comfortable large buses with a toilet, internet and air conditioning in the cabin run along the route.

How to get to Evpatoria
With the annexation of Crimea to Russia, the flow of vacationers wanting to visit the land of Massandra wines, thermal springs, unique natural monuments and architectural structures has sharply increased. The mild climate, slate beaches and salty sea air attract not only vacationers, but also those who decide to improve their health. One of the popular resort towns, where the largest number of health resorts are concentrated, is Evpatoria.
Below we will tell you how to get to it and other major settlements of the peninsula using different types of transport links. Air travel by Budget Carrier LLC and other airlines in the direction of the Crimean Peninsula has become more affordable, and therefore the demand for them has increased. Reduced travel time and comfortable conditions are two main advantages of traveling by this type of transport.
Cozy resort towns on the Black Sea coast are not numerous and for this reason, there are only three cities with airports: Kerch, Simferopol and Sevastopol. You can get to cities and other populated areas of Crimea by rail, bypassing the borders of Ukraine, from any station from which trains go to Krasnodar and Anapa. With the change in state borders, the sale of single tickets has been organized at the ticket offices of Russian railway stations, which include travel by train, bus to the ferry, ferry and bus to the bus station of the resort where the traveler is heading. Therefore, if you are interested in how to get by train to Yevpatoria from Moscow, then you should contact the Kyiv or Kazansky railway station of the capital and purchase a single ticket from the capital to the resort.
Those wishing to travel through Ukraine can purchase a ticket for direct communication to Yevpatoria via Kharkov. A single ticket, including a railway ticket and a ferry and bus ticket, can also be purchased to the following cities: Alushta; Kerch, Sudak, Feodosia, Sevastopol, Saki, Koktebel, Yalta, Simferopol. The cost of a bus-ferry-bus fare will range from 150 to 830 rubles, and depends on the distance of the locality from Anapa or Krasnodar.
A ticket from Moscow to Anapa will cost from 2,678 rubles, to Krasnodar - from 2,348 rubles. The price is indicated for reserved seat carriages. There are direct flights from 16 Russian cities to the airport in Simferopol.
Evpatoria is to the north-west. How to get there? By bus or taxi.
The cost of a ticket from Samara, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod or Ufa ranges from 2,200 rubles to 2,600 rubles. From Chelyabinsk, Samara or Arkhangelsk - from 3 to 5 thousand rubles. For cities located to the north (Kemerovo, Tomsk, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk) the flight will cost almost 7,000 rubles. For families with adult children and groups of friends, traveling by minibus or car will be more profitable and interesting. There are a lot of travel routes bypassing the border with Ukraine.
It all depends on the place of departure. The journey to Krasnodar or Anapa through the Volga region will be exciting, picturesque and memorable. Next you need to navigate to the village of Ilyich, from where a ferry departs to the peninsula every hour and a half.
By bus
My friends went to Evpatoria by bus this summer. It departs from the Novoyasenevskaya bus station. He travels along the route described above, the M4 federal highway. On the way, it stops every 3-4 hours (usually at roadside cafes or gas stations), compared to a private car, it has an undeniable advantage - buses enter the ferry without queuing. If you are not afraid of 32 hours on the road, then the bus is a completely normal option.
Prices
In the summer of 2015, a Moscow-Evpatoria bus ticket cost 4,000 rubles

By car
Previously, before the peninsula returned to Russia, we traveled through Kharkov and Belgorod, the journey took a day, with an overnight stay at customs. Now, due to the events in Ukraine, the “direct” route is closed. You need to drive along the M4 Don highway to the port of Kavkaz in the Krasnodar Territory, then take a ferry to Kerch, and after another 4 hours you will be there. There are no complaints about the M4 itself - almost the entire length is 4 lanes, good asphalt. In some sections after Voronezh the road narrows to two lanes, but such places are few. Difficulties begin when approaching the crossing; it simply cannot cope with the load. The waiting time can be 20 hours or more. In general, if you are not one of those who have the right to skip the queue (disabled people of groups 1 and 2 or families with children under one year of age), then traveling by car until the construction of the bridge across the Kerch Strait is completed is not the best idea.
