A sign with a code and a message to visitors is placed at the entrance. The State Duma continues to resolve the issue of QR codes and bans on visiting public institutions and crowded places. Many of the issues considered will be resolved during December 2021.

Walk around the city

Don't know where to go on your day off? Take yourself a walk around the city. Go to the park, wander the streets, go to the cinema or to an exhibition. Firstly, such a pastime will allow you to be alone with yourself, and secondly, in this way you will be able to gain a significant portion of positive energy for yourself.

It is possible that during one of these walks a lonely woman will be able to meet an interesting man or find a girlfriend.

Such walks are very good if you live in a large city where there are a lot of interesting places. Surely, during such a pastime you will be able to see what was hidden from your eyes in the everyday bustle - in other words, discover the city from a completely different side.

Where are QR codes needed in Moscow?

Not only in the capital, but also in other cities of Russia, they will begin to require quar codes as proof of vaccination at airports and long-distance railway stations. For now, this rule may not apply to intercity trains. But next year QR codes will be required everywhere. At the moment, you can also use a negative PCR test where a QR code is required.

They will also be required:

  • At the entrance to cafes and restaurants. Some entrepreneurs have closed their establishments due to a significant reduction in visitors. Those that are still working will not be allowed in without a QR code, so as not to pay large fines;
  • In places for banquets and other events. The ban applies to gatherings of people over 500 people;
  • People will only be allowed into hardware stores using a QR code. The exceptions are grocery stores and pharmacies;
  • Cultural events - concerts, theaters, exhibitions, etc.

There is a person waiting at the entrance who will check for the presence of a QR code. You need to open the gallery on your mobile phone and open the image if it has been downloaded.

The code is available in your personal account on the State Services website on the page with the certificate. People who have a medical outlet can also enter the cafe on the same level as those who have a QR code. A certificate issued by a doctor is required.

This is interesting: is it possible to get to the MFC without a QR code?

Master Class

Even if you begin to feel lonely, there is no need to be sad - go and do what you love, improve your existing skills. Attend some interesting master class in cooking, fine arts, modeling, and so on.

The time spent in this way will definitely leave you with pleasant impressions, and you will certainly learn something new.

Who is eligible to receive a QR code

People continue to be interested in the question of who is given the QR code and how to get it. Today, those who have already been vaccinated with one of the drugs against coronavirus are entitled to digital confirmation.

Those who have been infected and suffered from a difficult virus can also count on a QR code. If a person has been sick at home, he needs to have a test done in a medical laboratory to detect antibodies. This will help confirm the patient's words. After which the clinic will transfer the data to State Services. By opening your personal profile on the site, a person will be able to find a digital certificate.

A person can receive a QR code by passing a PCR test if no antibodies are detected. It will be valid for 3 days, after which you need to take the test again. For Muscovites, test results and QR codes can only be obtained on the website immune.mos.ru.

Every citizen who has not yet been sick and has not been vaccinated can take a test and receive a short-term pass. To receive a code for 1 year, you must sign up for vaccination. After that, all doors in Moscow will open for a person with a QR code, he will be able to go wherever he wants.

In Khamovniki with a camera

In the central administrative district, in the bend of the Moscow River, the Khamovniki district is located. Many of the houses located on its territory are real works of fine art.

Just look at the business and residential complexes “Literator” and “Garden Quarters”. These buildings are not just high-quality and beautiful - they are thought out to the smallest detail. And the rigor of geometric shapes is incredibly combined with sophistication and functionality.

Before your walk, it’s worth reading a little about different architectural styles - it will be more interesting to admire the buildings, catching elements of retro, modern, avant-garde space, etc. in them.

It’s worth taking a camera with you, preferably with a tripod. You can leave Khamovniki with spectacular photographs. The main photo, for example, shows part of the Garden Quarters residential complex. In such a picturesque place you can implement almost any idea for a photo shoot. You just need to think about the image.

How to sign up for vaccination through State Services

Each person decides for himself whether he needs to be vaccinated against coronavirus. Experts say the country needs overall immunity of more than 60%. So far this figure is only 30% and the Ministry of Health is doing everything to increase immunity. You can get in line to receive the vaccine under certain conditions. You must have a verified account on State Services in order to receive a QR code after vaccinations. In the process, you will also need a compulsory health insurance policy.

  1. Open the State Services portal in your browser – https://gosuslugi.ru;
  2. Log in with your personal data, as well as your phone number;
  3. On the main page there is currently a link “All coronavirus services”. Use it to jump to the sections you need;
  4. A page with a button “Sign up for vaccination” will open on the screen;
  5. Go to the form and fill it out with all the required data.
  6. Select your hospital visit date and complete registration.

The form will include important information that you should review. It says here who can get vaccinated and who the anti-Covid drug can harm. In this case, you should contact the clinic at your place of residence to get a medical clearance. Vaccination takes place in two stages. A vaccine consisting of two components will be injected into the patient's body. This information is included in the certificate that will be issued after the second vaccination.

Why "Mafia"?

I have long believed that various quests and group games are almost the best option for spending time for any lonely person who wants to find company for himself. I think that a group game is a great way to meet interesting people who may also be lonely.

Of these group games, I like “Mafia”. I think that now in any more or less large city it is not at all difficult to find an agency that organizes such leisure activities. They provide the premises, everything you need to play, and even a group of players - people just like you. At the same time, all players can safely immerse themselves in the game process - no one needs to be the host.

Another, no less interesting option for spending time is quests. If you like to look for non-standard ways out of a situation, pay attention to escape room type quests. In general, there are a lot of options - choose yours.

When is it necessary to get a second Covid vaccination?

Recommendations for behavior and prohibitions after the first vaccination against Covid are the same as for vaccination against other viruses. The injection site on the body should not be wet for several days. A ban on alcohol and sports is added. The doctor himself sets the date for the second vaccination. He tells it to the patient. Typically, the interval between vaccinations is 21 days or three weeks. After this time, you must return to the same doctor to receive your final dose of the vaccine.

The patient receives a paper certificate. It can be used for access in the same way as a QR code. But a digital pass is more convenient to present.

The code can be downloaded after vaccination from the State Services website, where it appears within 24 hours. The image can be downloaded to your smartphone. But there are cases when patients are faced with the fact that the code is not on the site even after 24 hours. These situations are foreseen and there are already solutions to this problem.

Alone warrior in the field: where to go without girlfriends

There are days when none of your friends and acquaintances can keep you company. But there is always a choice - to sit in splendid isolation at home or spend the day in the pleasant company of an interesting person (and who could be more interesting than himself?). Especially for this occasion, PEOPLETALK has compiled a list of places where you can go alone.

"Coffeemania"

(B. Nikitskaya, 13/16, building 1)

“Coffeemania” on Bolshaya Nikitskaya is one of the best coffee shops in the city. It was there that raf coffee, beloved by all Muscovites, was born in the late 90s. In general, going to Coffeemania alone is not only possible, but necessary, because the chance of meeting a businessman from a neighboring office who came here for a cup of coffee is quite high (I’m kidding, of course). Singapore latte with notes of caramel and lemongrass (390/470 rubles) and “ La Niña ” (410 rubles) - a smoothie made from tender - as it is written on the menu - mango.

"KM20"

(Kuznetsky Most, 20)

KM20 ” opened more than five years ago and has maintained its reputation all this time. In order to find cool sneakers from Reebok's with Gosha Rubchinsky , for example, jeans or a dress, you don't need the advice of a friend or consultant (although they are very friendly there, by the way). Just go and take any, all the things in “ KM20 ” have already been carefully selected by the coolest buyers. And after a successful shopping, you can take a breath and drink a delicious banana-strawberry smoothie (300 rubles) or even play ping-pong (if you have any strength left) in the cafe, which is located there.

Tsvetnoy Central Market

(Tsvetnoy Boulevard, 15)

If you still don’t understand the creations of Gosha Rubchinsky and Maison Margiela , then the Tsvetnoy will be the ideal place for you for solo shopping. Clothes are distributed over four floors depending on the price category (the higher, the more expensive). As in “ KM20 ”, here you will be greeted by friendly consultants, and if you don’t like communicating with strangers, then you won’t need their help - everything is beautifully and conveniently hung there even without it.

Cinema "Moscow"

(Okhotny Ryad, 2)

This cinema was simply created to make you feel like a happy person. Small rooms with large leather chairs will help you relax, enjoy watching a new film and forget that you are watching it alone. Polina Maksimova or Fyodor Bondarchuk in the long corridors of Moscow who have dropped by for the next premiere.

MAC beauty-corner

(Petrovka, 2)

Going to any beauty procedures in general is always more pleasant than just one, especially when professional MAC in TSUM .

Nude

(Spiridonovka, 24/1)

Nude is a very beautiful little cafe on Patriarch’s Street, where famous Moscow journalists, actors and producers often while away their evenings alone, so you definitely won’t look strange in the company of yourself. Find yourself in Nude this morning? Order granola with yogurt and berries (250 rubles) or oatmeal with apples (250 rubles). Dinner? Roast beef and baked vegetables (RUR 370) or tuna sandwich (RUR 370). Dinner? A set of bruschettas (350 rubles) and a glass of white wine (330-540 rubles).

"Arrow"

(Bersenevskaya embankment, 14, building 5)

Another amazing place where you don’t have to take a friend with you. If you wander into Strelka and it’s cold outside, then go to the bar and enjoy the view of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior and the Patriarchal Bridge while eating a chicken burger (580 rubles). The fresh air will whet your appetite, and one of the most beautiful Moscow panoramas will provide you with aesthetic pleasure.

Kamergersky lane, Stoleshnikov lane, Patriarch's ponds

These three places in the heart of Moscow have long been loved by all the “center” guys. Whether you are sitting on the veranda of your favorite Denis Simachev shop & bar , admiring the bags in the windows of Louis Vuitton or shopping at Aizel , meeting a couple of socialite characters is inevitable - this is all Stoleshnikov Lane . But my favorite place is a table by the window at Starbucks on Kamergersky Lane , past which the most stylish girls from the Conde Nast - the one around the corner on Bolshaya Dmitrovka . Patriarch's Ponds are a completely different story. In the cafes located in the alleys of the Patriarchs, you can drink coffee while warming up on the soft cushions of the summer verandas, and in winter admire the ice-covered pond.

Denis Simachеv shop & bar

(Stoleshnikov lane, 12)

This bar is a living legend. At night, the best parties take place here, the best alcohol flows like a river, and the best DJs are at the controls. It is better to come there alone after midnight. At one o'clock in the morning, " Simach " is already full of cheerful people dancing to the hits of the 2000s - no one will even notice that you came alone. And during the day they will wrap you in a blanket, pour you borscht, and give you tea.

Muzeon Park

(Crimean Val)

Several years ago, the old Muzeon was so dramatically restored that now it can compete with New York's Central Park (except that Muzeon is much inferior to its American brother in size). Small cafes, the ship "Bryusov" and stalls with paintings instantly lift your spirits.

The certificates also have a QR code and can be scanned by a phone or reader instead of a digital code. To resolve the issue of the absence of a code on the site, you can also contact a medical institution.

A huge number of people gather here. This is the most popular tourist spot. The walk may take several hours. All this is free and beautiful; the architecture makes a particularly strong impression on those who visit Moscow for the first time. Free museums

Briefly: leisure for the active and thrifty

“The Third Sunday of the Month” is a smart initiative of the Moscow Department of Culture, reminiscent of the annual “Night at the Museum”: once a month you do not need to pay for entrance tickets to dozens of museums. Not long ago, the third Sunday turned into the third week of the month - that is, you can get into different museums for free for seven days in a row, but the museums are scattered throughout the week in a chaotic manner.

For example, on Thursday there is free entry to the Timiryazev Biological Museum, and on Sunday - to the Museum of Cosmonautics. Read more about the Moscow Museum Week event on the official website of the Moscow Mayor, where there is also a list of all participating museums.

Where to go to:

  • repeat the school program in literature: to the Pushkin Museum on Prechistenka, to the memorial apartment of Andrei Bely and the Turgenev Museum on Arbat, as well as to the museums of Mayakovsky, Gogol and Vysotsky;
  • get inspired by space and learn more about our planet: to the Museum of Cosmonautics at VDNKh, to the house-museum of Academician Korolev and to the Darwin Museum;
  • to understand contemporary art: to all branches of the MMSI (Moscow Museum of Modern Art);
  • remember important historical events: to the Gulag History Museum, to the “House on the Embankment”, to the Museum of Moscow and to the Museum of Moscow Archeology on Manezhnaya Square.

Free music

Briefly: jazz, organ and classical

Free concerts of underground bands, demonstration performances of aspiring tenors and violinists, jam sessions and much more.

Where to go:

  • to jazz band jams: at the Essay Jazz Cafe, where about five free performances take place every week, or at the Hidden Bar, where jazz, soul, rock and roll and blues are regularly played;
  • to the organ: to listen to the organ during the service, go to the church on Malaya Gruzinskaya or to the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul on Kitai-Gorod. There you can also attend full-fledged organ concerts, but for money;
  • for student performances: Gnesinka students perform for free several times a month.

Day three. Moscow estates

Dedicate the third day of your trip to the architectural ensembles of Moscow. Among them there are active and abandoned estates, complexes that have been partially preserved and those that are closed for restoration. Therefore, before your trip, it is recommended to check whether the selected museum is open and what its opening hours are.

Below we will look at active estates where exhibitions are held and excursions are held. All of them are located within the Moscow Ring Road and are easily accessible by metro or public transport.

Of course, visiting all of Moscow’s nature reserves in one day is not a realistic task; even with a quick inspection, you will be able to visit no more than two places. Don’t chase quantity - choose one estate and slowly enjoy walks through parks and museum exhibitions.

Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve

The largest palace and park complex in Moscow is located in the south of the capital. The ensemble, erected by order of Catherine II. 1776, includes a luxurious palace with exhibition halls and a park with an area of almost 400 hectares. Today Tsaritsyno is on the list of the most visited attractions in Moscow. Neo-Gothic architecture, a light and musical fountain, the richest collections of decorative and applied arts, paintings, furniture, royal outfits and weapons immerse viewers in the atmosphere of the second half of the 18th century.

The one-story building in the Russian Baroque style once hosted hundreds of guests who came to the residence for balls and feasts. Today there is a Porcelain Museum and an art gallery here.

Behind the main house there is a Great Palace Pond . Interesting buildings have been preserved in the adjacent territory - pavilions, houses, greenhouses, outbuildings and a temple with a bell tower.

Lefortovo Museum-Reserve

The formation of the ensemble in this area began with the appearance of the Lefortovo Palace (on 2nd Baumanskaya Street). The first building in Moscow, built according to Western European architecture, was ordered to be erected by Peter I for his friend Franz Lefort. Later, on the opposite bank of the Yauza, Admiral General Fyodor Golovin built an estate. His house later became the royal residence.

At the beginning of the 18th century, Lefortovo Park experienced its heyday; it was even called “little Versailles.” Unfortunately, not all the splendor has survived to this day. the Lefortovo History Museum , the Rastrelli grotto and the rotunda gazebo are available to tourists

The Izmailovo estate on the island of the same name is a cozy green corner in the east of Moscow. Tourists come here to see the royal residence, the Bridge Tower and the Cathedral of the Intercession of the Holy Virgin .

Other popular attractions of Izmailovo are adjacent to the island. We advise tourists with children to go to the Izmailovo Kremlin and spend a couple of hours in its museums and workshops, and then go on rides in the Izmailovo Culture and Leisure Park .
