The city has a family tourism facility - Baba Yaga's Estate, where Kikimora Bolotnaya also lives with her. And gourmets can be recommended to visit the snail farm with a tasting room, which was opened on the territory of the local yacht club.

What is Tver famous for?

In the city of Tver, a monument to the famous performer of Russian chanson Mikhail Krug was erected. The monument was erected in 2007. On the left bank of the Volga River there is the Afanasy Nikitin embankment, where there are open-air verandas, restaurants and a spacious alley for walking.

In the central part of the city there is a pedestrian walking street Trekhsvyatskaya. The street was built in the 17th century. In the period from 1901 to 1975, the first tram line ran here. Also on the banks of the Volga there is a river station, built in 1938 in the Stalinist Empire style.

Do I need to get vaccinated against coronavirus every six months?

With the advent of Omicron, doctors again began to actively talk about the need for revaccination - a “booster” vaccination is needed to spur the immune system to actively produce antibodies to the coronavirus again, to strengthen protection against both the delta strain and Omicron. While virologists are figuring out how dangerous the new variant of SARS-CoV-2 that arrived from Africa is, infectious disease specialists insist: it’s better not to wait and “get vaccinated.” To whom, when and with what vaccine?

First of all, we will answer the question that worries many: do Russians need to get vaccinated every six months in order to renew the validity of the QR code?

Last week, a decision was made that equalized the duration of validity of the QR code of vaccinated and recovered patients: now both have it valid for a year. Thus, a booster vaccination after six months is carried out solely at the request of the person; no leverage is provided here. By the way, after each revaccination, the previous QR code is automatically replaced with a new, current one. Also valid for one year.
