Chair from redneck
And finally, it is worth paying attention to one of the newest monumental creations of Voronezh authors - the chair from redneck. Unfortunately, the person who conceived this project, Sasha Nozhkin, did not live to see its implementation, but his friends, artists Yu. Astapchenko and S. Gorshkov, brought their friend’s idea to life. And in memory of him, one of the legs of the original chair was made in the form of a human leg.
The chair is cast from bronze, and its entire surface is covered with sayings about rednecks. The location of the sculpture is also symbolic - near the Government House. Probably, this is how the authors wanted to cure the redneckness of local officials.
